Yin yoga is a slow and considered form of yoga consisting of passive moves. This practice helps you to ease muscles and joints and encourage you to go inward and find the peace within you. Yin is a gentle practice and is accessible to everyone so please don't worry if you don't have any experience with yoga. The majority of postures are on the floor and I will provide everything you need but please bring a blanket for our relaxation and for added support . Wear comfortable clothes, warm layers and socks
