Yin yoga is a slow and considered form of yoga consisting of passive moves. This practice helps you to ease muscles and joints and encourage you to go inward and find the peace within you. Yin is a gentle practice and is accessible to everyone so please don't worry if you don't have any experience with yoga. Wear comfy clothes, warm layers and socks.
Wednesdays at 1pm and Thursdays at 6.30pm for an hour.
