Yin yoga is a slow, considered form of yoga consisting of passive moves. This practice helps us ease muscles and joints, encouraging you to go inward and find the peace within. Yin is a gentle practice and accessible to everyone. The majority of postures are on the floor so choose a space at home where you will not be disturbed. For props have some cushions and rolled up towels. Wear comfy clothes, warm layers and socks.
Wednesdays at 1pm and Thursdays 6.30pm for an hour.
